Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are your paintings original works? Yes, every single painting you see here is a unique and original piece, created by me. I pour my heart into every canvas. Each one comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity to guarantee its originality.

2. Is the painting ready to hang? This is a question I get a lot! My paintings are shipped as stretched canvases on stretcher bars. I intentionally leave the framing to you because I believe that the right frame is a very personal choice that should reflect your unique taste and the space where the art will live. My hope is that by seeking advice from a local framing expert, you can find the perfect way to bring the painting to life in your home. Digital prints, however, are shipped rolled up in a protective tube.

3. Do you ship internationally? At the moment, I'm focusing on shipping my original acrylic paintings only to UK, Australia, and within Singapore. Shipping larger artworks can be tricky, and as a new artist, I want to ensure every piece arrives safely and perfectly. I'll be sure to announce if I expand my shipping options in the future!

4. How long does shipping take? Up to 2 weeks for original paintings and up to 4 weeks for digital prints.

5. What is your return policy? It's my number one priority to make sure your art arrives safely in your home. In the unlikely event that your painting is damaged upon arrival, I offer a 14-day return policy. To start the process, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving your item with photos of the damage. Please note that all returns must be approved by me, the artist, and the item must be in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the full shipping costs associated with returning the item.

6. Who is responsible for import taxes or duties? For my international customers, this is an important one to note. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to understand any potential fees. My company, FCP Creative House, is not responsible for these additional charges upon delivery.
